We have learned that the education system in China is different from that in the international community. There is a saying in China that academic qualifications are recognized by a country, while in most international countries (such as the United States), there is no national recognition of academic qualifications. The qualification of a certificate is entirely determined by the employer. China is one of the few countries in the world where the government is responsible for diploma certification. If students need to take the Chinese National Civil Service Examination or apply for government positions, this certificate is not fully applicable. Due to the reasons of the Chinese education system, the Chinese education department currently does not recognize foreign and overseas academic qualifications and certificates obtained through remote education that have not been registered with the Ministry of Education. But certificates that are not recognized by the state are recognized in many units because different units have different regulations, which depends on the unit leadership. This indicates that the validity of the certificate can be divided into national recognition and social recognition. Our certificate is realistic and proves that the certificate holder has systematically studied the course and achieved the required level. Our college is legally registered in Hong Kong, and based on Hong Kong's international status, our certificate is widely recognized internationally.
